Because many of our products and offerings are delivered digitally and/or made available immediately upon purchase, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in the limited circumstances described below.
Digital Products and Downloads
All purchases of digital products, downloadable materials, guides, templates, handouts, worksheets, packets, and similar resources are non-refundable.
Once access has been granted or a file has been delivered, the sale is considered final.
Memberships, Courses, and Programs
Unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of purchase, all fees for memberships, courses, workshops, programs, and other educational offerings are non-refundable.
This includes access to course content, member resources, digital materials, community-related content, or other educational offerings provided through The Parenting Pal.
Services
Fees paid for consultations, coaching sessions, parent support services, or other booked services are non-refundable unless The Parenting Pal cancels the service and is unable to reschedule.
Exceptions
A refund may be considered only in limited circumstances, such as:
- duplicate charges made in error
- a technical issue that prevents delivery or access, where the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period of time
- a charge made incorrectly by The Parenting Pal
Any exception will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of The Parenting Pal.
