Please review the information below so you understand the purpose of the membership area, the limits of the support provided, and your responsibilities as a member.

Membership Access & Account Use

Membership access through The Parenting Pal may include access to selected resources, protected pages, community materials, educational content, updates, and other member-only offerings. Access is provided for the individual account holder and household use, unless otherwise stated.

Members are responsible for keeping their login information private and secure. Account access, protected content, downloads, and membership materials may not be shared, transferred, resold, copied, redistributed, or made publicly available without written permission from The Parenting Pal.

Educational Use Only

The Parenting Pal membership area is provided for general educational, informational, and family support purposes only. Content may include parenting education, reflection prompts, resource recommendations, printable tools, family communication supports, and practical ideas for home use.

Membership content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, developmental, behavioral, emotional, psychological, educational, or mental health condition. Members are encouraged to use their own judgment and adapt materials thoughtfully based on their family’s unique needs.

Not a Substitute for Professional Support

The Parenting Pal does not provide medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, legal advice, crisis intervention, emergency services, or individualized clinical care through the membership area.

Every child, caregiver, and family circumstance is unique. If you have concerns about your child’s health, development, behavior, safety, education, emotional well-being, or family circumstances, please consult an appropriate qualified professional, such as a medical provider, licensed mental health professional, therapist, school professional, special education provider, attorney, or other relevant provider.

If you or your child are experiencing an emergency, safety concern, risk of harm, abuse, neglect, or crisis situation, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis support provider immediately.

Respectful Community Participation

Members are expected to participate respectfully and responsibly in any community spaces, discussions, forms, comments, support areas, or member interactions connected to The Parenting Pal. The Parenting Pal may remove content, restrict access, or terminate membership participation if a member engages in harmful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

Community participation should be supportive, respectful, and privacy-conscious. Members should not share private personal information about others, screenshots of member-only spaces, or confidential family details that could compromise another person’s privacy or safety.

Results Are Not Guaranteed

The Parenting Pal does not guarantee any specific outcome, behavioral change, parenting result, family improvement, emotional response, or relationship change from use of the membership area, resources, tools, or educational content.

The materials are designed to support reflection, learning, connection, communication, and practical skill-building. Results will vary based on individual children, caregivers, family dynamics, consistency of use, outside support, developmental needs, and other circumstances.

Billing, Renewal & Cancellation

If a membership is free, no payment will be collected for that membership level unless clearly stated otherwise.

If The Parenting Pal offers paid or recurring memberships, pricing, payment terms, renewal terms, billing frequency, cancellation options, and any material membership terms will be provided during checkout or account registration. Members are responsible for reviewing the membership level details before completing registration or purchase.

Members may manage their membership through their account area or by following the cancellation instructions provided by The Parenting Pal. Cancellation of membership may affect access to protected content, member-only resources, downloads, community areas, and related membership benefits.
